Rosa has lived in Surrey for 32 years, and is married with two adult children. Although she grew up in Australia, as a teenager she moved to Singapore, and then to Somerset. After completing her A Levels she trained as a Primary School Teacher at Goldsmiths College in London.

In 1998, her family embarked on a year’s teaching exchange to Perth, Australia. Upon her return, she taught in local schools as well as childminding. Having worked at St. Mary’s Infant School around 2003, she met Rev. John Fellows and began worshipping in St. Nicholas, Compton.  She went on to teach at Acorns Nursery from 2015 and her love for St Mary’s Church grew over the years.
